Focaccia
Our Focaccia is prepared with high-quality dough of flour, water, yeast, salt, and olive oil. We then stuff it with a variety of fresh ingredients such as rosemary, thyme, olives, cheese, vegetables like tomatoes or onions, and fresh cured italian meats like prosciutto or salami. The stuffing's are carefully selected to ensure a burst of flavors in every bite.

Our chefs use only the highest quality ingredients to craft our Focaccia. All ingredients are locally sourced products from Italy and Denmark. We take big pride in sourcing only the highest quality of products as to ensure a rich and enjoyable flavor in all our products.

History
After moving to Copenhagen, we decided to bring a taste of our home country to the city by opening a Focacceria. We wanted to share our love for authentic Italian food with the local community and create a warm and inviting space where people could come together to enjoy great food and company.
